We usually process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.

🔁 Returns & Replacements
- We only accept returns/replacements for damaged or defective products, as per our Return Policy.
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video before opening.
- In case of return, 50% of the shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Return pickup is arranged by us.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime in the “My Account → Orders” section on our website.
⚠️ Undelivered / Rejected Orders
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Phone not reachable
- Customer not accepting the package
…then shipping charges will be deducted in case of refund or adjusted in the next order.
