6. Return & Replacement Policy

• No cash refund is provided — only product replacement.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for any return request.
• Return pickup will be arranged by Shringaristan; 50% of shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
• Non-returnable items include: creams, powders, perfumes, and other non-damageable or hygiene-sensitive products.
