We at Shringaristan are committed to providing quality wholesale products with utmost care and responsibility. However, to maintain operational efficiency, hygiene standards, and protect our sellers and customers from fraudulent practices, we have established a strict and comprehensive Return & Refund Policy as mentioned below. Please read it carefully before placing any order on our platform.
1. Eligibility for Return
Only the following conditions qualify a product for return:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any return consideration. The video must clearly show the outer packaging, opening process, and the damaged/defective item before the product is opened or used.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following product categories are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns:
- Skincare and beauty products (e.g. creams, lotions, powders, etc.)
- Fragrances and perfumes
- Any item that is susceptible to tampering or contamination
- Products that are not physically damaged or defective
Note: Merely not liking a product, or a change of mind, will not qualify for return.
3. Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
Shringaristan follows a strict replacement-only policy. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. In the event of a valid return request:
- A replacement product will be dispatched.
- Replacement is subject to availability of the same or similar product.
4. Shipping Charges for Replacement
- Pickup of the returned item will be arranged by Shringaristan through our logistics partners.
- 50% of the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. The remaining cost will be covered by Shringaristan.
- If the issue is due to mishandling by logistics or our fulfillment error, we may waive the shipping fee at our sole discretion.
5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Important Legal Clauses
- Submitting false claims, edited or incomplete videos, or attempting to return non-eligible items may result in permanent blacklisting of your account.
- We reserve the right to deny service to any individual suspected of policy misuse, fraudulent activity, or repeat return abuse.
- By placing an order on Shringaristan, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this policy.
- All disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
